OSCEOLA CONSULTING RECEIVES SEMPRA ENERGY'S DIVERSE SUPPLIER OF THE YEAR AWARD,2019.The Award Was Presented at Sempra’s 7th Annual Diversity & Inclusion Summit.
AUGUST 16, 2019, SAN DIEGO: Osceola Consulting founder and CEO Kevin Narcomey was presented with Sempra Energy’s Jeff Thorsen Diverse Supplier of the Year Award during the 7th Annual Diversity and Inclusion Summit held at San Diego State University. The summit was attended by over 400 including employees from all levels of the company in Southern California and Mexico, respected keynote speakers, company executives, key suppliers, and prime contractors. It made clear to all the company’s commitment to creating an inclusive workplace.
The award was given to Osceola Consulting in recognition of providing innovative solutions, competitive pricing, continuous improvement, excellent service, and community investment. “It is humbling to be selected for this award among the many outstanding Sempra suppliers and contractors,” said Kevin Narcomey. He added, “We are grateful to Sempra Energy for the key support they provided in developing Osceola Consulting from a subcontractor to a prime contractor working for both SDG&E and SoCal Gas over the past 12 years.” Narcomey concluded, “It is especially gratifying to win an award named in memory of the late Jeff Thorsen who was an outstanding advocate for Supplier Diversity and who provided us with important assistance during our growth.”
